It's a run, walk, and a picnic for all!

The 16th Annual Zaman Hope for Humanity Run Walk Picnic is set for Saturday, September 20, 2025 at Ford Field Park in Dearborn, MI. The day begins with a 5K run, followed by our Opening Ceremonies, Kids Runs, and 5K Walk. Afterward, the park comes alive with a community picnic featuring food, family activities, and fun for all ages.

Event Opening Time

8:00 AM

On-site registration and packet pick up available. Light breakfast service begins.

5K Run

Presented by Hamzavi Dermatology & Dermatology Specialists

Start Time: 9:30 AM

Included with your 5K Run registration is chip-timing, an event shirt, a finisher medal, prizes for top finishers, and access to the picnic after your run.

Picnic Opening Ceremonies

Start Time: 10:30 AM

Kids Runs

Presented by El-Sayed Meat Market

Start Time: 11:00 AM

Join us for two fun kids runs: A 100 Meter Dash for 2-4-year-olds, and a ¾-mile run for 5-12-year-olds.

All participants receive finisher medals and access to the picnic.

5K Walk

Presented by Hamood Law

Start Time: 11:15 AM

Includes picnic, food, and activities like pony rides, petting zoo, basketball competition, tug of war, a pumpkin patch and more!

Food service includes hot-off-the-grill hamburgers and chips, falafel sandwiches, cookies, and drinks.

Parking

Free parking is available near Ford Field Park. Attendees can park at the nearby IMAM parking structure at Morley Ave. & Monroe Street or in public parking along Garrison Street, a short 1 block walk to the park.

The entrance to the event is at 500 Monroe Street, Dearborn, MI 48128.

Event volunteers and Dearborn Police will be on site to direct traffic and guide you to designated parking areas. Accessible parking is reserved near the main entrance for guests with mobility needs only and special guests. Please plan to arrive early to allow time for parking before your event start.
